DEWELLING THE HAGUE

For a plot at the Petroleumhaven, Studio Flex was allowed to make a final design and an interior design for a quay house. This house will consist of four layers.
On the ground floor there will be a garage with a car parking space at the rear facade. The quay side offers space for the entrance and adjoining office. The first floor is reached via a staircase. On the first floor there is room for an open kitchen with a dining room where you can enjoy a nice meal together. There is room for a bedroom at the rear. The living room is realized on the second floor with a reading nook and window seats to look out over the quay. A place has been created to study. On the third floor there is room for a bedroom at the rear facade, next to it is a bathroom with a luxurious look. On the quay side is a spacious bedroom with a seating area to look out over the quay.
