DEWELLING THE HAGUE

For a plot at the Petroleumhaven, Studio Flex was allowed to make a final design and an interior design for a quay house. This house will consist of four layers.
On the ground floor there will be a garage with a car parking space at the rear facade. The quay side offers space for the entrance and an adjoining office. The first floor is reached via a staircase. On the first floor there is room for two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room is realized on the second floor with a reading nook and window seats to look out over the quay. On the third floor there is a spacious terrace with beautiful views of the quay.
