Homes are being built on the Petroleumhaven in the Laakkwartier district in The Hague. Studio Flex was allowed to make the construction calculations for these lots that are part of the Laakhaven construction project.
These quay houses may be a maximum of 14 meters high and must consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 floors. The houses had to meet various sustainability requirements and it is a car-free neighbourhood.
