RENOVATION

This project concerns the design for the realization of separately rentable apartments. The design is based on the target group choice for the rental: expats and Young Urban Professionals. This results in a more luxurious design of the apartments than standard, in which spaciousness and monumental characteristics of the building are central.

Four variants have been made, below you will find an overview of the surfaces of the different apartments per variant. The classic structure has been respected and has been thoroughly repeated in the other rooms. Our design ability has made it possible that this house will get a new life.
